"I believe that origami carries the message of peace to everyone in the world.
For when we use our hands effectively, our hearts are most at peace". - Akira
Yoshizawa. Our origami workshop gave the children the opportunity to create
a beautiful object with just a single piece of paper. These objects included
roses, crowns, whales, and much more! You can find the origami collection in
both the men's and women's collection.
Ihsanae is 9, but her artistic skills say otherwise. She came into our
happiness workshop with amazing talent! Ihsanae was so happy to draw
her favorite food, and pretty much everyone's favorite food...ice cream!
She said, "I love ice cream because it is sweet and good and it makes
me happy. I want to make ice cream for everyone so everyone can be
happy!" Find her shirt here.
Charlene was an attendee at our second art workshop focused on animal
drawings. We asked everyone to draw an animal that best represented
themselves. Charlene told us that she likes cheetahs because they are
fast! She also told us that she likes running and wants to be just as fast one day.
You can do it Charlene, we believe in you! Find her shirt here.
Didi was an attendee at our first art workshop focused on happiness. We
talked about happiness with Didi and told her about the things that make
us happy at Heart & Silk. She then told us that she really likes dogs because
they are cute and relatable. She said, "dogs are friendly and always happy."
She wants to have a dog one day. Find her shirt here.
